- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, or items sent in error. We do not accept returns of products that arrived in good condition and match the order.
- Report an eligible issue within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged or incorrect items, Al Saeedah covers return shipping. You can choose a replacement or a refund.
- To report an issue, contact Alsaeedah48126@gmail.com or call (313) 914-4489 before sending an item back. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, when available, help us review the problem.
